All of these pictures are actually painted onto solid brick walls and I have to say that they are absolutely amazing. I would like to know how many people have already walked into them thinking they were courtyards, or holes in a wall .. or massive waves of water.

They are all the work of a Mr John Pugh, he is a trompe l’oeil muralist and artist. Vist his site here.

Japan is always the best for their horror stories like the ring and the grudge and also their weirdness. So when you mix the two of them together what do you get. A horror story on your loo roll.

It’s from the creator of the ring and is set in a public toilet. The actual story is only 3 foot long and should only take a couple of minutes to read according to the manufactor.

Toilets in Japan were traditionally tucked away in a dark corner of the house due to religious beliefs. Parents would tease children that a hairy hand might pull them down into the dark pool below.
